To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as Deputy Team Leader / Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF (70-100%). This versatile function offers you the ideal entry into a leadership role. You will continue to work actively in nursing and will simultaneously be introduced to the role as deputy team leader of a somatic nursing team. Both areas of responsibility make up approx. 50% of your activity. What awaits you as Deputy Team Leader: You support and advise employees in complex nursing situations; You lead team meetings and client discussions; You assist in the processing of deployment and duty rosters; You undertake administrative tasks in delegation of the team leadership; You contribute your ideas for quality improvement, create guidelines and optimize processes and workflows; You plan and organize internal and external training on nursing-relevant topics. What awaits you as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF: You undertake the independent, competent and resource-oriented basic and treatment care of our clients of all age groups; You bear the case responsibility for a certain number of clients; You are responsible for the planning, management and monitoring of the nursing process; You carry out assessments and status meetings with RAI-HC; You support our clients in a self-determined everyday life at home; You coordinate cooperation with relatives, doctors and other services. What you bring: A completed training as diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF; 3-5 years of professional experience and broad specialist knowledge; Experience in outpatient care is an advantage; An independent, responsible way of working; A team player, open and empathetic personality with a positive attitude; Joy in taking responsibility, passing on knowledge and developing solutions together.
