HR Generalist with Payroll Responsibility 100% (m/f/d)

For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced and reliable personality as an HR Generalist with Payroll Responsibility 100% to start immediately or by arrangement. In this versatile function, you will take on a central role within the HR department and are particularly responsible for professional and timely payroll processing as well as personnel administration. Your tasks • Independent execution of the monthly payroll runs for several companies • Processing of all payroll-relevant changes such as entries and exits, salary and workload changes, absences, and allowances • Processing and administration of social insurances and withholding tax • Execution of year-end tasks including salary certificates and reconciliations • Administrative processing of entries and exits as well as creation of employment contracts • Maintenance and updating of personnel data and personnel files • Responsibility for time tracking • Independent processing of the entire HR administration according to existing processes • Support with HR evaluations, statistics, and reporting • General administrative support within the HR team Your profile • Completed commercial training • HR specialist certificate (HR-Fachausweis) or a comparable further education is an advantage • Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting or the payroll area, ideally for several companies • Sound knowledge of Swiss labor and social insurance law • Very good German language skills in spoken and written form • Good English and/or French language skills are an advantage • Strong affinity for numbers and enjoyment of payroll topics • Structured, exact, and reliable way of working • Independent and responsible personality • Team-oriented and service-oriented way of working What awaits you Our client offers you a varied and responsible HR function with a lot of creative freedom.
