Activity:

• Dispatcher of concrete, gravel, and pump transports
• Receipt and recording of transport orders
• First point of contact for customers, drivers, plants, and authorities
• Control of transport reports and working hours
• Invoicing and administrative tasks
• Handling of damage cases

What you bring with you:

• Completed commercial or technical basic training
• Several years of professional experience in dispatching, ideally in a construction or transport environment
• Strong technical understanding as well as interest in vehicles, machines, and technical processes
• Organizational talent and quick comprehension
• Enjoyment of customer contact and teamwork
• Resilience and a cool head even in hectic situations
• Independent, solution-oriented way of working
• German (Swiss German) as a native language
