Your tasks

• Independent handling of personnel administration over the entire employee cycle
• Planning and coordination of employee deployments as well as vehicle disposition
• General administrative and organizational activities in day-to-day business
• Creation and control of invoices
• Review and processing of work and performance reports
• Support in ensuring a smooth operational process

Your profile

• Completed commercial training
• Professional experience in personnel administration
• Ideally, initial knowledge in deployment planning or disposition
• Very good German language skills in word and writing
• English and/or French language skills are an advantage
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Resilient personality with high service orientation and secure communication manners
