The SPITEX Laufental is responsible for home care and nursing in the municipalities of Zwingen, Brislach, Dittingen, Nenzlingen, Blauen, Laufen, Liesberg, Roggenburg, Röschenz and Wahlen with a team of around 70 employees. As of October 2026 or by agreement, we are looking for a technically convincing and winning personality as a new business manager 80%-100%. Your tasks: You ensure the personnel, technical and organizational management of SPITEX Laufental. You continuously develop the services offered and check and optimize the organization and its processes. You plan, implement and accompany the successful strategic and organizational development together with the board of directors and the management team. You are responsible for planning and budgeting as well as the annual accounts and liquidity of SPITEX Laufental. Your profile: You are a leadership personality with qualified performance records in management and corresponding education/training, ideally at university or university of applied sciences level. You bring sound experience, ideally in the Spitex sector or in the health and social sector. You can combine economic, strategic and social thinking and acting and are a motivating and visionary personality. You bring very good organizational and communication skills and cultivate an appreciative and cooperative leadership style.
