For one of our clients in the Kanton Luzern, we are looking for an engaged and reliable nursing assistant SRK / an engaged and reliable nursing assistant SRK, immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks • Support with holistic care and attendance of the residents • Assistance with basic care as well as support with personal hygiene, mobilization, and food intake • Promotion of independence and well-being of the residents • Observation of the state of health and forwarding of relevant information to the nursing professionals • Support with daily routine and accompaniment of the residents • Professional documentation of the services provided according to the guidelines • Compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety guidelines • Close collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team Your profile • Completed nursing assistant course SRK • Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage • Enjoyment in dealing with older people • Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working • High social competence, team ability, and empathy • Good knowledge of German in word and writing We offer • Attractive remuneration of up to CHF 40.– per hour (depending on experience and qualification) • Flexible working models • Collegial and appreciative working environment • Personal support by Laboro AG • Long-term deployment possibilities We look forward to your application. bewerbung@laboro.ag +41 41 227 20 20
