We cover the fields of building and finishing work, industry, crafts and technology. For one of our partners in Lausanne, we are looking for a Construction Site Manager in building! Job Description ## • Complete management and monitoring of building construction sites • Planning of works and coordination of the various trades • Organization of human, material and technical resources • Monitoring of the schedule and compliance with contractual deadlines • Financial management of construction sites (budgets, measurements, cost monitoring) • Coordination with the works management, architects and engineers • Participation in site meetings and drafting of progress reports • Quality control of the works and compliance with Swiss construction standards • Monitoring of safety and procedures on construction sites We expect ## • Technical training in building (construction site manager, engineer or training deemed equivalent) • Confirmed experience in the management of building construction sites • Solid organizational and planning skills • Mastery of reading plans and technical aspects of structural work • Sense of responsibility and ability to manage several projects simultaneously • Excellent communication and coordination skills We offer ## • The opportunity to work autonomously and responsibly • Career development prospects • Belonging to an organization that ensures compliance with regulations for the safety of employees and the environment.
