In this leadership role, you will take responsibility for our team and the implementation of diverse pipeline construction projects in Leimental. Together we are building the power grid of the future and creating the basis for a successful energy transition. Lead, shape – and advance the energy future!

Which tasks await you?
------------------------------

• Leading and managing the Leitungsbau team in Therwil
• Planning and executing grid construction projects, MS/NS and ÖB, as well as fault rectification and resource planning for external companies and Primeo Energie employees
• Ensuring occupational safety to prevent personal injury and property damage
• Coordination and maintenance of relationships with customers and authorities
• Creating and checking measurement and hourly reports as well as weekly reports of employees
• Planning and carrying out the maintenance of systems and pipelines
• Supporting project management with technical questions
• Facility responsible (AnV) (ESTI Nr. 100)
• On-call service

What do we expect from you?
-------------------------

• Completed training as a certified Netzelektrikermeister or a comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in the energy industry
• Leadership experience as well as enjoyment of working in a team and working independently
• Experience in cable pipeline construction, especially in the MS and NS and ÖB grid levels
• Knowledge of SAP-EAM or similar maintenance software is an advantage
• Experience in the areas of maintenance, inspection and repair
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving approaches
• Routine handling of the Office suite
