On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Nurse in a prison environment (M/F) at 80 - 100 %. Your future responsibilities: • You will ensure the nursing care of detainees, guaranteeing access to care within the legal, ethical and institutional framework. • You will carry out clinical evaluations, dispense common nursing care as well as technical care, while ensuring the follow-up of prescribed treatments. • You will participate in the prevention, detection and promotion of health among a population with varied health problems, both somatic and psychic. • You will be required to manage complex or crisis situations with calm and professionalism, while maintaining an adapted posture in a secure environment. • You will work closely with doctors, prison teams and various internal and external stakeholders to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for detainees. • You will contribute to the continuity of care and the quality of transmissions within a multidisciplinary team. Your profile: • You hold a Bachelor's degree in nursing or an equivalent diploma recognized in Switzerland. • You ideally have experience in a prison environment, psychiatry, emergencies, medicine or in an environment requiring good management of complex situations. • You demonstrate autonomy, rigor and calm in your professional practice. • You possess excellent relational skills and know how to establish a therapeutic relationship while maintaining a clear professional framework. • You appreciate teamwork and know how to collaborate with different partners in a demanding environment.
