It is responsible for managing new construction projects as well as transformation projects for municipal real estate heritage. The entrusted portfolio is very varied and includes, in particular, school, sports, cultural and administrative buildings, several of which possess particular architectural or heritage value. Through its projects, the City of Bienne intends to play a demonstrator role and to show exemplary behavior in terms of architectural quality, sustainability and responsible management of public resources. The profile we dream of ## • University or HES degree in architecture or training deemed equivalent • Proven experience in the management of new construction projects and major transformations, ideally in the public sector • Solid knowledge of construction standards, public procurement and competition procedures • Experience in team management and the management of multiple projects • Strong architectural culture, sensitivity to sustainability, energy and the quality of the built environment.
