Job Description ##

Our partner, a recognized company in the construction and transformation sector, is looking for a team leader (M/F) to manage various and dynamic construction sites with a team of 2 to 8 people. Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Supervise and coordinate work on construction, transformation, and small civil engineering sites.
• Ensure daily follow-up of teams and guarantee the quality, safety, and profitability of projects.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and current standards.
• Manage the organization of work on sites according to priorities and technical constraints.

We expect ##

• Proven experience in site management and team management.
• Driver's license for a van mandatory (possession of a trailer license is an asset).
• Machine or crane operator's license is a plus.
• Skills in Meva formwork are a plus.
• Availability as soon as possible (ideally at the start of the season, but flexibility possible).
