For the further development of our area of responsibility and to strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality for operations dispatching. Entry as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

This is what you can move.

• Together with your teammates, you ensure proactive and high-quality service, holiday and deployment planning for our driving service employees and thus contribute significantly to reliable operations.
• As a competent contact person, you support our employees with questions and concerns regarding their deployment planning. In addition, you coordinate short-term service coverage efficiently and find suitable solutions even in the event of absences.
• You ensure that legal requirements and regulations such as AZG, AZGV and GAV are complied with at all times and guarantee reliable recording of working hours, absences and service adjustments.
• With your sense for different interests, you find solutions that meet both the entrepreneurial requirements and the satisfaction of the employees. In doing so, you ensure a smooth and timely flow of information between the persons and departments involved.
• You work according to defined processes and standards, actively contribute your organizational talent and ensure smooth processes with a proactive and solution-oriented way of working.

This is what you bring with you.

• You have a completed vocational training or a comparable training, ideally with a connection to public transport.
• You bring experience in the planning and dispatching of resources or are motivated to acquire in-depth knowledge of dispatching systems.
• Good German skills as well as confident handling of IT applications support you in your daily work.
• You convince through your service-oriented, communicative and assertive personality and find suitable solutions even in demanding situations.
• Networked thinking, organizational talent and high social competence characterize you and make you a valued contact person for employees and internal stakeholders.
