Active in 21 cantons, our human-sized structure (45 employees) ensures the management of contributions and benefits in the field of old-age and survivors' insurance (AVS), disability insurance (AI), the loss of earnings compensation scheme (APG) and family allowances (AF).

Your future daily life with us

• As a CCIH employee, your work is mainly structured around 2 axes:
• As a CCIH employee, your area of responsibility essentially comprises 2 main areas:

Management of AHV contributions

• You process annual salary declarations and prepare employer contribution statements.
• You process the annual salary clauses and create the employer contribution statements.

Processing of APG / Processing of loss of earnings compensation (EO)

• You determine the entitlement to benefits, calculate and pay benefits in application of federal and cantonal laws, internal regulations and bilateral agreements.
• You check the entitlement to benefits, calculate and pay the compensations applying federal and cantonal laws, the internal regulations as well as the bilateral agreement.

Your profile

Diploma

• You hold a CFC as a commercial employee or an equivalent title. Holding a specialist certificate in social insurance is an asset.
• You have a completed apprenticeship as a commercial employee CFC or a comparable qualification. A federal diploma as a social insurance specialist is an advantage.

Experience

• You possess confirmed experience in social insurance.
• You have sound experience in the field of social insurance, particularly in the field of family allowances.

Personal qualities

• You demonstrate rigor, you possess an excellent team spirit and an excellent capacity for analysis. The interpretation and application of laws stimulate you. You are comfortable with numbers. Your interpersonal skills and stress resistance make you a friendly and reliable employee.
