District Heating Installer (m/f/d) 100 %

For an established company in the field of building technology and energy supply, we are looking for a committed and reliable personality as a District Heating Installer (m/f/d) for the Basel area.

Tasks

• Assembly and installation of district heating pipes and systems
• Execution of piping and installation work
• Welding work on mild steel using the TIG process
• Assembly and replacement of pipelines, fittings, and system components
• Performance of maintenance, servicing, and repair work
• Support during the commissioning of district heating systems
• Working according to technical plans and drawings
• Performance of functional and leak tests
• Independent execution of the assigned work
• Compliance with applicable quality and safety regulations
• Professional contact with customers and other local contacts

Profile

• Completed training in the field of heating, sanitary, pipe construction, or a comparable technical training
• Good welding skills in TIG mild steel - theory and practice
• General knowledge in heating and sanitary technology, especially hydraulics and legal requirements
• Professional experience in heating, piping, or plant construction
• Experience in the field of district heating is an advantage
• Experience with local heating networks, especially IWB and Primeo, is an advantage
• Good spatial awareness
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Valid driver's license Cat. B
