You take over the organization and design of the implementation of school social work at one or more schools and offer regular, recurring consultation hours. You work closely with teachers and school management and network profitably both internally and with external specialist agencies. In addition to your colleagues, you will be supported by a department head. • Counseling and support of students, teachers, and legal guardians • Implementation of fixed prevention offers and class interventions (implementation of the SSA concept) • Input events for legal guardians and teachers • Cooperation with teachers and school management • Promotion of social and personal competencies • Regular collegial exchange in the team • Networking work Your profile? You have training in Social Work (FH/HF) and further education in school social work, counseling, or coaching (CAS) or are motivated to complete these. Ideally, you already have professional experience in school social work and enjoy working with people, especially with children and young people. You take responsibility and find successful solutions in case management and have specialist knowledge in prevention, early detection, crisis interventions, and child protection.
