Your tasks ##

• Telephone contact with existing customers
• Advice on current products, services and attractive offers
• Recognizing customer needs and demonstrating individual solutions

• You approach people openly and quickly find a good connection to your counterpart
• You know how to convey information clearly and inspire conversation partners for suitable solutions
• You have initial practical experience in a service-oriented work environment
• You are fluent in Swiss German and communicate confidently and naturally
• Additional language skills in French or Italian at level C1 are particularly welcome
• You are open-minded, eager to learn and keep an overview even in demanding conversations
• Digital work tools are part of your everyday life and you quickly find your way around new applications
• New technologies arouse your interest and you are motivated to acquire additional specialist knowledge
• You work responsibly, think ahead and value exchange within the team
