Project Manager Occupational Health Management (BGM)

Gesundheitsförderung Schweiz is a foundation supported by all cantons and insurers. Initiated, coordinated, and evaluated with a legal mandate, it implements measures to promote health. The foundation's office with offices in Bern and Lausanne consists of a team of around 65 people. You are responsible for the established digital offer Job-Stress-Analysis (JSA) and, together with internal and external partners, participate in the further development of digital offers. In doing so, you work at the interface of BGM, digitalization, customer experience, communication, and innovation. Your activities * You are responsible for the operation and further development of the employee survey instrument Job-Stress-Analysis. You manage the cooperation with our external partners, ensure quality together with them, conduct training for consultants and other multipliers, and contribute to the successful positioning of the offer in the market. * Furthermore, you actively contribute your expertise to cross-sectional development and innovation projects and contribute to the further development of the BGM offer portfolio of Gesundheitsförderung Schweiz. * You analyze customer needs, usage experiences, and market trends and derive potential from them for the further development of offers, customer journeys, digital services, as well as for the user-oriented further development of the website [ ](< >). Your profile * University or university of applied sciences degree in psychology, public health, health, social, economic, or communication sciences, or a comparable field of study. * Several years of experience in managing complex projects as well as sound knowledge in occupational health management; knowledge of Job-Stress-Analysis or comparable digital analysis and survey instruments is an advantage. * You know how to analyze customer needs, technological possibilities, and organizational requirements and translate them into user-oriented solutions. Ideally, you have corresponding experience in the development of digital offers and services and work routinely with methods such as Customer Experience, Service Design, Design Thinking, or comparable approaches. * Strong communicative, analytical, and conceptual skills as well as a sure sense for the target-group-appropriate and understandable communication of complex content. * Very good German and French skills are required; Italian and English skills are an advantage.
