Maintenance Technician 100% (m/f)

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in the proper functioning of our industrial facilities, which manufacture custom-made implants restoring mobility to patients; this is the concrete meaning you give to your technical expertise.

Join a human-sized maintenance team, working on a fleet of automated machines (CNC, robotics) and in a cleanroom environment, within a fast-growing Swiss SME.

We are currently looking for a:

• Maintenance Technician (m/f)

Start date: immediately
Position at 100% - CDI

Your missions:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance operations on all production equipment and technical infrastructures
• Participate in the commissioning of new equipment and the continuous improvement of installations
• Coordinate interventions of external service providers and ensure their smooth running
• Write, update, and apply preventive and corrective maintenance procedures
• Apply regulatory requirements of the medical field (ISO 13485 / 21 CFR 820 Subpart G)
• Participate in the on-call service, at a rate of approximately 1 week of on-call duty every 4 to 5 weeks depending on the period, compensated according to our internal policy

Your profile:

• CFC in automation, BF Maintenance Agent, or ES Technician in industrial systems
• Proven experience (minimum 3 to 5 years) in industrial maintenance. Significant experience in the medical field is a plus
• Knowledge in CNC, robotics, and industrial computing
• Solid expertise in the maintenance of automated machines (electromechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, automation…)
• Mastery of standard IT tools (MS Office 365)
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, with good communication and a collaborative spirit
• Sense of organization, rigor, autonomy, spirit of initiative, and ability to manage priorities in stressful situations
• Schedule flexibility and availability, particularly within the framework of the on-call service
