We are looking for VOé services SA for a:

Customer Sales Advisor

Your main tasks:

• Respond to all requests from our customers in all areas of activity of our company, both at the reception of our customer spaces and to telephone calls, and ensure quality follow-up for our clientele
• Advise and sell Multimedia products
• Ensure the processing of troubleshooting for TV, Internet, fixed and mobile telephony
• Perform administrative tasks related to the management of customer files

Your talents and your experience:

• Completed professional training, at minimum a federal certificate of capacity (CFC)
• Personality gifted for sales, oriented towards service and results
• Good experience in sales
• Flexible and autonomous
• Ability to integrate into a team
• Mastery of standard IT tools
• Very good mastery of French (a foreign language is an asset)
