Your tasks:

• Establishing and further developing agile working methods within the team
• Creating and maintaining Team Working Agreements as well as agile standards
• Organizing, moderating, and following up on Scrum and SAFe ceremonies
• Supporting the Product Owner in maintaining and structuring the Product Backlog
• Coaching team members and stakeholders in agile methods and best practices
• Identifying, tracking, and removing impediments
• Ensuring transparent communication regarding progress, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinating collaboration with other agile teams and external partners
• Defining and tracking suitable KPIs and OKRs to achieve goals
• Continuous optimization of processes, tools, and team structures
• Promoting efficient onboarding of new team members
• Supporting dependency and interface management in the SAFe environment

Your profile:

• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software or digitalization projects
• Higher education in computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge of Scrum as well as experience in scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe
• Demonstrable experience in moderating workshops, retrospectives, and planning events
• Practice in accompanying interdisciplinary teams and promoting self-organized collaboration
• Experience in stakeholder and interface management
• Confident use of Jira, Confluence, or comparable collaboration tools
• Ability to identify obstacles early and establish sustainable solutions
• Strong communication, coaching, and moderation skills
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German skills in spoken and written
• Impeccable reputation is mandatory
