To complement our team, we are looking for motivated reinforcement. This is what you can move. In this function, you ensure the operational network management of vbl. To do this, you coordinate and manage construction sites in the vbl network and ensure smooth and safe operational processes. You are responsible for cross-departmental communication regarding construction projects, diversions and other operational changes. In doing so, you ensure that information is communicated to employees and customers in a timely and targeted manner. You lead and coordinate projects in the area of network management and infrastructure, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and ensure the timely implementation of the agreed measures. You represent the interests of vbl in infrastructure and development projects towards authorities, clients and other partners. As part of the strategic network development, you contribute operational and strategic requirements at an early stage and support the sustainable further development of the line network as well as efficient public transport. In close cooperation with our Operations, Planning and Traction Power teams, you organize stop relocations, the conversion and expansion of stops as well as the safe execution of trips in construction site areas. This is what you bring with you. You have completed vocational training, higher vocational training or a university degree (FH/University), ideally supplemented by further training or specialization in the business or technical field. Your several years of experience in the transport or construction sector (e.g. public transport, civil engineering, infrastructure or plant engineering) forms an important basis for this function. With your communication and assertiveness skills, you win over stakeholders, represent vbl convincingly and negotiate in a targeted manner in the internal and public environment. You bring experience in project management as well as ideally further training in project management. You move confidently in projects with various stakeholders, develop solutions and implement them successfully. You communicate with style in German and have very good IT skills. Even in complex and demanding situations, you act in a structured, independent and reliable manner and maintain a collegial, team-oriented approach. This is what distinguishes us.
