The company's core business includes the management of rental properties (residential and commercial) and condominium ownership, initial and re-lettings, as well as the sale of properties. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged and experienced real estate manager with a federal diploma (100%) starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
Independent management of a versatile real estate portfolio (residential and commercial properties)
Preparation of rental agreements and processing of rental agreement terminations
Organization and execution of apartment viewings, acceptances, and handovers
Support and advice for institutional and private owners, tenants, and craftsmen
Planning and monitoring of maintenance and renovation work
Preparation of budgets and annual statements
Your profile
Completed training as a real estate manager with a federal diploma
Several years of professional experience in real estate management
Sound knowledge of tenancy law
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with customers
Good IT skills (MS Office, management software)
Driver's license category B
