In order to complete our teams, we are looking for our CMS for a Planificateur·trice interventions chez le client / disponent 60% à 70% Mission As a true pillar of the organization, a link between employees and clients, you plan the services intervening at our clients' homes in order to guarantee them high-quality care adapted to their needs. Your main tasks: • Select, distribute and plan the interventions of our staff at our clients' homes using our planning tool • Adjust daily intervention schedules according to priorities and absences of clients as well as employees • Communicate with the various interlocutors (clients, service providers, network, employees) • Ensure compliance with labor law (working hours, rest and Sunday work) Profile: • CFC commercial employee, ASSC, logistician, or title deemed equivalent • At least 2 years of professional experience in the fields of intervention planning and administration • Knowledge of the Vaud sanitary and medico-social network is an asset • Ability to prioritize, anticipate and manage multiple activities simultaneously • Excellent organizational skills, rigor and precision • Good communication skills, ability to negotiate, manage pressure and multitask • Good team spirit • Oral and written mastery of French • Ease of use of standard IT tools We offer: • A varied and stimulating activity • Occupational pension conditions that extend beyond the minimum benefits provided by law • Five weeks of vacation per year and six weeks from age 50 • Salary class CCT San 10 to 16 depending on experience • Rich and varied training offers related to the expectations of the position held Place of work: Renens Start date: as soon as possible Working days: to be defined as well as 2 to 3 Saturday mornings per year.
