Product Quality Technician

• Identify, isolate and block non-conforming or suspect products • Write detailed non-conformity reports • Analyze the causes of defects (5M, 8D, Ishikawa methods) in collaboration with production • Pilot the implementation and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) • Monitor the effectiveness of the measures implemented to avoid recurrences • Participate in the treatment of customer and supplier complaints • Raise awareness and train production operators in quality standards and self-control procedures • Ensure the update of quality documentation (procedures, operating modes, control sheets) • Participate in internal audits REQUIRED PROFILE: • Training in a technical field at CFC level or higher • Training in metrology and/or TQ2 a serious asset • Good knowledge of reading plans • Mastery of MS Office, statistical tools and decision-making aids (MSP/SPC/Minitab) • Mastery of problem-solving tools (PDCA, 5Why, Pareto Diagram, DMAIC a plus) • Knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard • Experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar position KEY COMPETENCIES: • Analytical and synthetic spirit • Autonomy • Rigor • Sense of communication and diplomacy • Dynamism • Proactivity
