The position is available immediately or by agreement. #### MPA Internistische Bettenstation 80-100% # Your tasks #### • You create and edit medical reports, prescriptions, and other documents based on dictation or template. • You coordinate inquiries with doctors and internal offices and ensure an efficient flow of information. • You support the interprofessional team with administrative tasks around the station's daily routine. • You carefully manage electronic patient documentation and ensure the completeness of the documents. • You take on organizational tasks related to admissions, discharges, and inpatient treatments. • You are available to patients and their relatives as a contact person for administrative concerns. • You ensure compliance with data protection, quality, and documentation guidelines. Your profile #### • You have completed training as an MPA EFZ or have a comparable qualification. • You ideally have experience in a hospital or medical secretariat. • You have good knowledge of medical terminology and understand clinical processes. • You work in a structured and reliable manner and maintain an overview even with a high workload. • You communicate confidently in German and handle digital work tools and clinical information systems securely. • You appreciate collaboration with different professional groups and approach patients in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
