The ESB Stiftung Baselland is a regionally significant social enterprise and offers people with support needs attractive training and job opportunities as well as various forms of accommodation and services. The ESB provides its services at 23 locations, 22 of which are in the canton of Basel-Landschaft, one in the canton of Basel-Stadt. All activities aim to promote the self-determined life of people with disabilities. To strengthen our youth hostel team, we are looking for a Social Educator HF/FH 70% - 80% ## The youth hostel Liestal offers 22 young people and young adults a temporary home. The residents complete a training program within the ESB or in another institution - often as part of an IV measure. Our young people and young adults bring very different personalities, life experiences, and disabilities. We accompany them individually in their personal development, promote their independence, and support them in taking responsibility for their own lives. In addition, five training apartments are available for young people with a higher degree of independence. We also offer housing coaching to facilitate the transition to an independent life as much as possible.
