Polymechaniker EFZ / CNC turner (m/w/d)

Area of responsibility:

• Independent setup, programming and operation of our CNC turning machines
• Manufacture of demanding individual parts and small series according to technical drawings
• Creating, adapting and optimizing CNC programs
• Monitoring the manufacturing process as well as independent execution of necessary corrections
• Ensuring the required dimensional, quality and surface requirements
• Checking and measuring the manufactured workpieces

Requirement profile:

• Completed training as Polymechaniker EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker EFZ or a comparable technical training
• Sound professional experience in CNC turning
• Experience in the independent setup and programming of CNC turning machines
• Knowledge of Siemens Sinumerik 840D and/or 828D is an advantage
• Confident reading and implementation of technical drawings
• Reliability, sense of responsibility and enjoyment of demanding manufacturing tasks
