What awaits you

• You independently manage an exciting mortgage portfolio and are the competent, personal contact person for our customers, the sales organization, and brokers
• You advise our customers comprehensively on all questions regarding mortgages and financing - especially regarding extensions, adjustments, and new financing
• You actively maintain and further develop existing customer relationships, recognize new financing needs, and develop individual, customer-oriented solutions
• You assess credit applications carefully and critically, check mortgage applications within the framework of internal guidelines, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements as well as the necessary customer and compliance clarifications
• You actively support your manager in the development and acquisition of institutional customers

What you bring with you

• You enjoy winning new customers and providing them with real added value through your advice
• You have a successfully completed commercial vocational apprenticeship as well as several years of experience in mortgage advice and processing
• You have comprehensive knowledge of the land charge business, the valuation of real estate, as well as the Swiss mortgage market, mortgage products, strategies, and pricing methods
• You work independently, structured, and responsibly and are characterized by a strong customer and service orientation
• Fluent language skills in German are a must; knowledge of at least one second national language (e.g., French or Italian) is a big plus
