The duration of the internships is 6 months for an occupancy rate of 80-100%. Your tasks <br /> • the autonomous drafting of orders of non-admissibility, dismissal orders, indictments, penal orders and suspension orders • the drafting of legal opinions on complex legal issues • active and passive participation in the on-call service • the preparation and taking of minutes of hearings <br /> Your profile • An internship is conditional upon the successful completion of master's level law studies • You have intuition and an interest in criminal procedure • You are capable of providing reliable, high-quality work, sometimes within short deadlines, and possess an ability to quickly understand the problems posed • You know how to demonstrate perseverance, endurance and stress resistance and possess good communication skills and are easy to contact • You are a French native speaker with good passive knowledge of German. We offer you As an intern within a Ministère public des mineurs in Berne, Thoune, Berthoud or Bienne, including the Jura bernois branch, you will work in close collaboration with juvenile prosecutors on all cases committed by minors aged 10 to 18. The offenses to be investigated encompass all facts of the criminal code and ancillary criminal law, in particular road traffic offenses and narcotics law offenses committed by minors. In addition to tasks during the investigation (hearings, coercive measures, etc.), penal enforcement and protection measures (provisional) as well as interdisciplinary collaboration (jurists - social workers - institutions - authorities - parents) constitute a large part of the daily work.
