The Konradhof with residence and apartments belongs to the Fondation Atlas. It was renovated and transformed in 2016 according to the plans of Graf Biscioni. The Konradhof is located in the center of Winterthour, directly at the CFF station. In the residence building, it has 98 residential apartments and a care service with 21 single rooms, as well as 19 apartments in the adjacent building.
