About the role ##

As a Marketing Assistant, you are responsible for the creation of the new services catalogue. You act as the link between technical experts and the sales and marketing teams to transform field expertise into digital and printed sales tools.

Tasks ##

The role consists of leading the creation of a services catalogue, from the collection of technical information in the field to the final visual formatting.

• Conduct a complete inventory of services with internal teams
• Prioritize high value-added services for commercial use
• Design impactful visual materials on PowerPoint and Canva
• Adapt catalogues for digital use on tablets and mobiles
• Collaborate with field technicians to collect technical data
• Ensure compliance with the group's graphic charter
• Manage the material creation project from A to Z autonomously

What we are looking for ##

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva
• Excellent writing and visual material creation skills
• Great interpersonal skills for collecting information in the field
• Fluent French
