The childcare at home service ensures that children are well cared for when the usual care is not currently possible. As a caregiver, you support families at home on call in the event of illness of the children or parents, in cases of care shortages and in emergency situations. Your assignments are on an hourly or daily basis. To strengthen our team in the Seeland - Jura region, we are looking for a flexible personality as a Childcare worker at home SRK on an hourly wage on call starting 01. November or by arrangement Your tasks You take over the hourly or daily care of children in their homes. You organize the care according to the agreements with the legal guardians. You engage the children according to their age and prepare meals if necessary. Your profile It is an advantage if you have basic training in the pedagogical field or in the healthcare sector. You can demonstrate experience in the area of education, care and/or nursing of children. You have experience in age-appropriate care of children and are creative. You reside in the Seeland-Berner Jura region. Owning your own car is an advantage. You bring the willingness for irregular assignments upon request. You understand Swiss German and have knowledge in dealing with digital applications. You are resilient and have good skills in dealing with difficult care situations. You are an independent, reliable and empathetic personality and handle confidential information respectfully.
