Our hiring process • You apply directly online for the advertised apprenticeship position and submit your complete documents • You will receive an immediate confirmation of receipt, so you know that your application has arrived • We then carefully review your documents and check if your profile, motivation and apprenticeship position fit well together • As a rule, you will receive feedback on the further procedure within 10 working days • If your application convinces us, we will get to know you better in a first video call • If the mutual impression is confirmed, we will invite you to another round of discussions on site. There you will gain insight into your future training area, get to know possible trainers and team members, and can clarify open questions • If it fits for both sides, we are looking forward to your YES. After that, we will prepare the apprenticeship contract for you and jointly prepare the next steps until your start • After the joint signing of the contract, we will have the apprenticeship contract approved by the cantonal office. For minors, the parents or legal representatives also sign • As soon as the apprenticeship contract is approved by the office, you are officially part of our company.
