What awaits you Independent processing of benefit cases within the framework of occupational pension schemes (LPP) in the event of disability and death Legal and medical examination of benefit requests, requesting necessary documents, determining benefits due as well as preparing the benefit statement Written and telephone contact with external clients (insured persons, employers, doctors, legal representatives, and other social insurances) Coordination of benefits with the health or accident insurer as well as with the disability insurance (AI) Administration of ongoing pensions and periodic verification of entitlement (reviews) Participation in the continuous improvement of processes What you bring Holder of a CFC in commercial employment or equivalent training or in the medical field (e.g., pharmaceutical assistant) Professional experience in the field of claims for a social insurance or several years of experience in the second pillar (a certificate would be an asset) Interest in the analysis and development of processes Perfect command of French (oral and written) Knowledge of German or English would be an asset Dynamic, agile personality that prefers autonomous work while having a team spirit What we offer you We are convinced that satisfied employees achieve better performance.
