Case Manager:in Integration Adults (80-100%) ##

What you can achieve with us

• You independently take over the consultation and support of the integration of adults - from registration to the completion of the integration process.
• You carefully analyze the starting situation and involve relevant specialists and institutions in the case management and ensure the flow of information.
• You prescribe integration-effective measures and use your scope of action in a goal-oriented manner.
• You plan, coordinate, and manage the cooperation with external bodies such as employers, coaches, BIZ, social services, institutions, or insurance companies.
• You inform, advise, and support your customers individually, solution-oriented, and empathically with the goal of enabling them to have a new professional perspective.
• You actively contribute to inter-institutional cooperation and help shape sustainable solutions.

Which skills are important to us

• You have a tertiary educational degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (e.g., HR, Coaching, Case Management).
• You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in the integration sector or in a consulting activity, or as a career changer, at least 5 years of management activity in related areas.
• You have a good understanding of the Swiss education system as well as entrepreneurial thinking.
• You are strong in coordination, enjoy networking, and think in a solution-oriented manner.
• You appear empathically, clearly, and convincingly, and can advise and coach in a solution-oriented way.
• You complete the administrative tasks surrounding case management efficiently and structurally, and value both independent work and exchange within the team.
• We are a bilingual (German-French) company, therefore good knowledge of the respective other language is an advantage.
