You develop lubricant ideas and products in cooperation with the R&D team to increase the performance of our customers' machines and vehicles, and as a central hub in the company, you ensure timely and qualitative implementation as well as an effective market launch together with the sales team. You are responsible for correct data maintenance and optimized use of communication measures. You analyze market launches and develop proposals for assortment rationalization.
