Specialist Advisor 80-100% (m/w/d) For our hearing center in Willisau, we are looking for a Specialist Advisor 80-100% (m/w/d) YOUR TASK As the first point of contact for our customers, you ensure comprehensive, expedient, and service-oriented customer service. You schedule and monitor customer appointments, support our hearing acoustician in implementing sales promotion measures, and maintain the customer database. Additional tasks include the sale of additional devices and accessories, as well as simpler service work on hearing systems. You handle administrative tasks independently and are responsible for a smooth workflow in day-to-day business. YOUR PROFILE You are a friendly, winning, and customer-oriented personality with a lot of joy in dealing with people. Patience, flexibility, and empathy characterize you.
