Order Processing Clerk 80-100% (all)

For our customer in Pfäffikon, we are looking for a reliable and conscientious Order Processing Clerk (all). This is a direct permanent position that can be started immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

• Worldwide processing and shipment of machine and spare part orders
• Configuration of machines in the ERP system as well as creation of the corresponding production orders
• Coordination with internal departments such as sales, design, AVOR, purchasing, assembly, and freight forwarding
• Monitoring of customer deadlines and order periods as well as creation of the required shipping and export documents
• Creation of offers for standard products as well as support for customer service and in the organization of service assignments
• Support in the organization of trade fairs including shipping logistics and trade fair documents
• Support of customers and representatives during the entire ordering process

Requirements

• Sound technical know-how, ideally through training or further education in the field of mechanical engineering
• Completed commercial training with a focus on international trade
• at least 3 years of professional experience in order processing in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the mechanical engineering industry
• Good knowledge of shipping logistics, tariff classification, free trade agreements, origin of goods, and export control
• Confident handling of MS-Office and good knowledge of ERP systems, ideally in SAP B1 and IFAS X5
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
