Activity: • You ensure the enamelling of watch components by applying operating ranges using equipment, machines or tools while respecting quality, deadline and safety requirements. Ensure enamelling of parts in accordance with operating ranges; Supply your workstation with components while respecting the ordering of manufacturing orders; Propose enamels in correlation with the Creation design; Apply enamelling techniques; Document work carried out (written, photos); Ensure repairs and restorations on enamelled parts; Define needs to repair and/or restore enamelled parts • Participate in the continuous improvement of your work environment: Monitor technological developments in the field of enamelling; Participate in the capitalization of know-how; Be a driving force for proposals for Creation and to improve productivity • Verify manufacturing compliance: Participate in training actions as part of manufacturing process developments Your profile: • Enameller in the field of watchmaking/jewellery with a certificate from the Convention patronale de l’industrie horlogère suisse or equivalent • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position • Good knowledge of materials (enamels, paint) • Autonomous, meticulous person who enjoys working in a team A plus: • Ability to reproduce art designs: for grisaille • Attraction to innovation • Knowledge of jewellery
