Here you are required as a technical organizational talent and doer. You possess manual dexterity, technical understanding, and maintain an overview even with diverse tasks. Independent working, reliability, and a service-oriented way of working characterize you. After good induction, you will take over the following tasks

• General caretaker activities
• Sprinkler maintenance
• Operation / monitoring of fire alarm systems
• Operation / monitoring of facade access systems (height safety)
• Operation / monitoring of building management systems
• Operation / monitoring of parking system
• Independent execution of smaller repairs
• Organization of lock management
• Assistance with budget planning with property management
• Communication between tenants, administration, authorities, trade etc.
• On-call service, weekend and evening shifts
