YOUR ROLE * You manage mandates with independent responsibility and advise our customers holistically and in a solution-oriented manner. An expert team is at your side for technical questions. * You perform financial and payroll accounting, prepare interim and annual financial statements as well as VAT returns and turnover reconciliations. * You process tax returns for natural and legal persons. * You maintain direct contact with auditors, banks, and authorities. * You maintain existing customer relationships and support the acquisition of new customers. YOUR PROFILE * You have a federal diploma or an expert diploma in fiduciary services or in finance and accounting and ideally have professional experience in the fiduciary sector. * You have a special flair for numbers and business contexts as well as for analytical and networked thinking. * You are proficient in German and ideally have good English skills. * You are a team-oriented and flexible personality, think and act entrepreneurially, and enjoy working in a digital work environment. * You appreciate contact with people, enjoy maintaining customer relationships, and convince with good communication skills.
