In our general agency in Burgdorf, we offer you an apprenticeship in commercial matters in the health and social insurance sector starting in summer 2027. In addition to your missions at the general agency, you will also discover different areas in our main headquarters, which will give you a complete overview of the versatile world of Visana.

Your tasks

• You maintain client files, process insurance requests and perform changes
• You take care of clients personally, by telephone and in writing
• You clarify benefits with medical practices, hospitals and other partners
• You welcome visitors at the counter and assist with telephone service
• You accompany sales and advisory interviews, prepare offers and fix client appointments

Your profile

• You have completed primary school with good results and have already passed the Multicheck test for apprentice commercial CFC
• You find contact easy and have a dynamic personality
• You like working on a computer and master MS Office
• You are enthusiastic, motivated and have a great willingness to perform
