Job description

• Operate and maneuver a construction crane safely.
• Perform the lifting and moving of materials, equipment, and construction elements.
• Position loads with precision using the crane controls.
• Check the general condition and proper functioning of the crane before use.
• Respect load capacities and lifting instructions.
• Communicate effectively with ground teams and site managers.
• Participate in crane assembly and disassembly operations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and site procedures.
• Immediately report any anomaly or technical problem.

Profile sought

• Professional experience as a crane operator on construction sites.
• Valid crane operator's license or authorization in Switzerland, depending on the type of crane.
• Good mastery of driving and lifting maneuvers.
• Good knowledge of safety rules related to lifting.
• Ability to assess loads and perform precise maneuvers.
• Good coordination with site teams.
• Sense of responsibility, vigilance, and concentration.
