What you will do

• À la carte service in the served guest restaurant
• Managing your own service station with cash collection, beverage service, and food running
• Participation in events and functions

• Support in the daily operations of the business

What you bring with you

• Completed training in gastronomy or experience in a similar position is an advantage
• German level B1-B2: independent language use, oral English skills

Your place of work

To provide additional support for Catering & Events, we are looking for you!
At the Novartis Campus in Basel, our host team with 160 employees treats around 2400 guests daily with varied menus, vegetarian dishes, salads and snacks, as well as a sophisticated catering offer for conferences and receptions.
Through the in-house catering offer, there is the possibility to order snacks and drinks for meetings or apéros. Company actions as well as special occasions for up to 1'500 people are regularly carried out.
You work from Monday to Friday between 11.00 and 16.00, depending on the duty roster. For occasional evening assignments, you are flexibly available.
