Clerk Administration & Finance (40-60%) Your tasks You manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, the dunning process, and payroll accounting at the municipal administration. If possible, you will take on further tasks such as VAT returns under the guidance of the finance manager. You also support the municipal administrator and the finance manager with administrative and organizational tasks. You prepare municipal council matters, handle general correspondence, and participate as a deputy in municipal council meetings. Your area of responsibility is supplemented by counter and telephone services as well as general secretarial work.
