Following retirement, we are looking for a Forestry Worker Foreman (m/f/d) immediately or by arrangement * Ensuring the safe and efficient use of equipment and machinery * Leading and guiding the team in daily operations * Training and supervising apprentices * Maintaining the state forest and performing work for third parties * Participating in public relations work * Project-related work for the operations manager * Completion as a Forestry Worker EFZ as well as the diploma as a Forestry Worker Foreman or readiness to complete this further training * Business-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking and acting * Several years of professional experience in forestry * Strong communication skills as well as good negotiation skills * Confident appearance and high service or customer orientation * Driver's license Cat. B, if possible Cat.
