For our WE store, we are looking for an apprentice who works with pleasure and ambition on the sales floor. Do you like taking initiative, "connecting" with people, do you feel comfortable in a family environment and do you like bringing your ideas? As an apprentice at WE Fashion, you will follow a practical training program supplemented by internal training and our e-learning platform WE Academy. Thus, we guide you step by step through the daily activities of fashion retail. In addition to your trainer and the store manager, you always have a personal contact at headquarters for your questions and support. In short: we accompany you as best as possible in your professional entry.

The following training contents await you:

• Service
• Receiving and storage of goods
• Visual merchandising
• Store management
• Cash desk management
• Back office administration
• Corporate strategy and its influence on store management
• Cost management
• Planning and control of key indicators

We evaluate all candidates on the basis of skills, experience and equal pay M/F/D.
