At our Baden location, we are building a day-clinic, trauma-specific treatment offering. For this, we are looking for several Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or MPA per or after agreement
Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic with a cantonal mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma-related disorders. As a health insurance-recognized institution and part of the cantonal hospital list, we offer high-quality, evidence-based, and human-centered treatment for our patients.
With around 170 committed employees at three locations – our inpatient clinic in Gontenschwil, the outpatient clinic and day clinic in Lenzburg, and the trauma-specific outpatient clinic in Baden – we combine professional competence with appreciative and interdisciplinary cooperation.
Your tasks
Medical and nursing care of our patients (without basic care)
Leading trauma-specific group therapies
Reference person care within the framework of trauma-focused treatments
Participation in interdisciplinary reports, rounds, team meetings, therapy planning, and status discussions
Participation in the implementation and further development of nursing standards and the therapy concept
Assumption of areas of responsibility within nursing
Your profile
Degree as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (AKP, DNII, PsyKP) or MPA
Professional experience in the psychiatric specialist field
Professional experience in the trauma field is an advantage and/or strong motivation to undergo further training in this area
Flexibility, integrity, composure and patience
