Your mission To strengthen a nice production team, we are looking for a Watchmaker Operator holding a CFC in the field of watchmaking. Your missions - Carry out the assembly and mounting operations of watch components while respecting the manufacturing procedures. - Perform visual and dimensional checks to ensure product compliance. - Ensure compliance with quality, safety and productivity requirements. - Identify any non-conformities and report them according to the procedures in force. - Participate in continuous improvement and maintain a clean and organized workstation. Your profile • Holder of a CFC as a Watchmaker, Watchmaker Operator or equivalent training. - First experience in watch production - Excellent manual dexterity and keen sense of detail. - Rigor, meticulousness and sense of responsibility. - Team spirit, autonomy and ability to work in a demanding environment. - Good mastery of the quality standards specific to the watch industry.
