As part of a reorganization of the finance department, we are recruiting a: Head of Debtors Department (100%) - CDI Salary class: 9 (this scale is understood to be valid prerequisites, failing which the classification is made at the height of class -1) Location: Lausanne Entry into function: As soon as possible What you bring to our mission Lead the team by providing supervision and support to ensure the quality of services related to the management of the establishment's debtors. Propose and develop a strategic orientation in terms of department organization, allowing to respond efficiently to EVAM's needs. Your key missions You plan, organize, coordinate and supervise the team's activities in collaboration with other department heads of the entity, referring to the hierarchical line You supervise, coordinate and ensure activities related to debtor management You supervise and update procedures related to debtor management You participate in projects made necessary by the activity in coordination with the different finance entity managers and the management You participate in the formalization of services by writing processes, procedures and guidelines, their continuous improvement and updating, ensuring their application and respect You ensure the development of a culture of partnership and cohesion with other department heads of the entity Your profile CFC in commerce Certified training in management Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar position Excellent mastery of usual office tools Excellent organizational and priority management skills Ability to analyze and synthesize Solid communication and writing skills What EVAM offers you A committed work environment A policy of continuous training to evolve in your career A telecommuting policy 5 weeks of vacation (6 from 50 years old) Very good social benefits Meaningful projects in a stimulating intercultural context The recruitment process in 2 stages: Interview with the HR entity manager, the finance entity manager and the director.
